Weekly Torture

Look, people, I like my girls. They are cute. They are fun and flirty and goofy and worth more laughs than a group of seniors on a bus tour. Ok, maybe that's not saying much, but they truly are the sparkle in my eye. So, I've decided that once a week I am going to torture all of you with cute little pictures of the buggers. Enjoy!

Above, a radiant Grace during the encore call after the first production of the "Drama at Castle Draem." Emily and Brook are also pictured. Love-love-love!

Emily enjoying herself as a Holstein cow during her stint in summer reporatory theatre.

My monkey Grace. The monkey bars are her FAVORITE. Can you tell?

Emily makes a funny face while riding a pony at the Mayfest. Her look is saying, "Mooo-om! Are you taking a picture of me?" Of course, she'd be soooo disappointed if I didn't. Brat.

Man, Grace looks sooo pretty in the first picture. Must have been her wonderful aunt jamie doing her hair and make up...yeah that's it :)
Your children are a sparkle in my eye as well. I love them soooo much. I can't imagine someone loving me as much as I love them. They are wonderful, special, gifted children. We are lucky ducky!

I think your kids are ugly little brats.

You know I am just kidding. Your girls are awesome! I'm so happy you'll be posting pics of their cuteness on a regular basis!

Very very very nice pictures, Laura/Bunny/Georg (what are you calling yourself at the moment?)

I know your blog is supposed to be witty, and it is, but these sorts of posts greatly enrich it.

Oh, uh, are you going to be changing your blog title every week? Cuz I'm gonna be updating my links on my blog and, well, I'm clueless as to what to call you anymore.

Chill, Daddy. The blog's title is not something that I feel compelled to keep the same. It reflects me, and I am a deeply complicated individual. One title, one description, one statement would never express what I am about or what I want to say. Thus, the changes. :)

Shorty: They are the lucky ones to grow up in this family. Awwwww...

Mel: Hey now! :) You love my little lovebugs, I know you do. Glad you like the pics!

DCvR: Well, beauty surely is in the eye of the beholder. I don't claim to have the most beautiful children in the world, but when I look at them, my heart melts.

Hi, anonymous Grandma! Glad you like the pics. I'll be posting more next week (if not sooner ;)

CD: I think "The ever changing world of Bunny Jo" is about right.
Or..."That chick who keeps changing her blog title"

Wow!!! The girls sure are growing up so fast. They grow like weeds. I think they're like sweet peas beautiful, wild, free, and perfect the way they are.

What can a grandma say about her grandchildren that could possibly express how deep her love, how profound her amazement, how heartfelt her devotion? Oh yes, they are wonderful, how well I know that, they are all like miracles to me, one grandson and 6 granddaughters (one in heaven). There is an unceasing gratitude in my heart for them. So, yeah, post more pictures of the cuties.

Sure it melts! And it should! They look great!!!

Shorty: I'd go with the chick one. I'm definitely a chick.

Roo: Yeah, you think? The last time I saw John he was a baby! Imagine how amazed I was to see him at Ray's party!

Mom: We are pretty damn lucky, aren't me?

DCvR: Well, post some pics of those neices you are so fond of so we can ooh and aah over them, too. :)

More quotes:

"Gee, it sure looks like Uncy Ray enjoyed the performance"

"Uncy Ray likes milk and other dairy products, makes me proud to portray a cow"

"Hi Uncy Ray!"

"I don't think Uncy Ray approves of these dangerous beasts"

bunnyjo georg said...

"Quick, see that stuff hanging out of Uncy Ray's teeth? ha ha ha giggle giggle snort snort"

"And on the eve of my birth, it was Uncy Ray that reached into my momma cow's birth canal to pull my two little hooves through!"

"So if he hangs upside down like this, his stomach won't get in the way of him seeing his feet!"

"Tell Uncy Ray to step back before he scares my little horsey."

And so no one thinks I'm being mean, I really love that Uncy Ray. He's my favorite. Brother, that is. :)

What fun...an impromptu caption contest. You all took the good ones, but oh well, here goes:
"Let's not tell 'em his lens cap is on."
"Got milk? Cause I didn't and my widdo toof fell out."
"Let's pretend I'm a bat and this is a dark cave instead of school!"
"And then when I get to the castle the prince is gonna lift me off my horse...."
Like I said, the good ones were taken.

Mom, I liked the one about the widdo toof....awwwww!

Post more pictures so we can fabricate more quotes, it's fun.

Have you been able to let the girls read them? I'll bet their reactions would be cute.

They got on yesterday at the library, but had to get off again cuz we had to leave. :(

I'm going to have new pictures tomorrow, so new caption fun! :)
